He says that it should be clarified what the source of funds for studying abroad was and through whom this amount was made available.

Apart from this, he has also demanded an investigation into the 1 crore rupee ‘Legal Defense Fund’ declared for CJP by senior advocate and Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal. Tiwari says that if CJP is working as a political party, it should be clear whether it is duly registered with the Election Commission. He has requested to investigate the registration status of CJP under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.
