In the midst of this, Iran’s IRGC has claimed that it targeted a US airbase in response to the attacks near Bandar Abbas port. On the other hand, Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense issued a statement saying that they are intercepting missiles and drones fired towards their country.

IRGC Issues Warning to the US
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards have issued a direct and extremely stern warning to the US. They have made it clear that if such attacks are repeated, a more decisive and lethal response will be given by Iran, and the aggressor alone will be responsible for the grave consequences.
The impact of this fierce exchange of fire is now becoming clearly visible on neighboring countries as well. In view of the sudden increase in danger in the region, Kuwait has officially announced that it is continuously intercepting and destroying missiles and UAVs headed towards its airspace.
Explosions at Bandar Abbas Port
Prior to this, on Wednesday night, the US carried out another major air attack inside Iran. According to reports, at approximately 1:30 AM (local time), sounds of three explosions were heard from the eastern part of Iran’s Bandar Abbas city.
A US official told Reuters that the US military conducted new strikes in Iran overnight, targeting a military facility that officials believed was posing a threat to the US military and commercial maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz. This action was taken in self-defense.
Trump’s Warning on Hormuz – Threatens Oman After Iran, Says “No One Will Have Control”
US President Donald Trump has directly threatened Oman with military action. He stated that if Oman sides with Iran, they will be blown away, and they (Oman) must behave like other nations.
US President Donald Trump shocked everyone on Wednesday by directly threatening his own ally, Oman, with military action. Trump made it clear that if Oman supports Iran, the US will adopt a very strict stance against them and attack Oman. Trump made this statement during an interaction with the media on Wednesday.
While speaking to the media in Washington, when Trump was asked if he would accept any short-term agreement allowing Iran and Oman to control the Strait of Hormuz, his response was highly aggressive. He said, “Oman must also behave like other countries, or else we will have to blow them away.”
Tensions between the US and Iran have escalated once again. The US military has targeted a military facility in Iran again. According to US officials, this action was taken to protect US soldiers and maritime trade from threats. Prior to this, CENTCOM had also carried out strikes on missile sites and suspicious boats in southern Iran.
