Rahul Gandhi questions Jay Shah: Former Congress President and Congress MP from Rae Bareli, Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing attack on home minister Amit Shah’s son Jay Shah at an election rally in Bihar. He said that Shah’s son Jay doesn’t even know how to hold a cricket bat, let alone score runs. Yet, he has become the Chief of Cricket.
Only these people can dream: Rahul Gandhi said that only 50-60 people in the country can dream. You are Ambani’s son, Adani’s son, Amit Shah’s son, dream whatever you want. Taking aim at Jay Shah, Rahul said that Amit Shah’s son doesn’t even know how to hold a bat, let alone score runs. He is the Chief of Cricket, he controls the entire cricket system. Why does he do that? It’s all about money. It’s noteworthy that Jay Shah has been the Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since August 27, 2024.
Rahul trolled on X:
Rahul’s statement drew heavy trolling from users on X. Pallavi CT wrote, “So former minister Sharad Pawar was a great cricketer ? Then you should ask M,P, Rajiv Shukla to resign from the cricket board. Amit Shah’s son has made Indian cricket a great name. He encouraged women’s cricket. What has Sonia Gandhi’s son( you) done? By the way, when are you demanding Rajiv Shukla’s resignation?” Anupama Singh wrote, former BCCI presidents Madhavrao Scindia, Rajiv Shukla, Sharad Pawar, N. Srinivasan, all of them were Congressmen, and none of them knew cricket.”
Advocate Vishal Dubey wrote, “Rahul Gandhi, you’re here because you’re Rajiv Gandhi’s son, otherwise you’d be part of the same crowd you’re preaching about nepotism to today.”
It is very interesting that Rahul Gandhi himself has been dreaming of becoming the Prime Minister for a long time, but his dream has not been fulfilled yet.
