“India: Global Talent Factory, Deprived of its own Talents”:
In Bharat’s ancient, fertile ground,
A thousand brilliant minds are found.
With dreams ablaze and spirits keen,
They rise to conquer, sharp and lean.
From bustling cities, quiet lanes,
They seek new shores, enduring pains.
The world cries out for skill and grace,
And India fills each empty space.
Engineers, doctors, artists bright,
They carry forth their burning light.
A factory grand, with ceaseless hum,
Producing futures, one by one.
To distant lands, the rockets fly,
Carrying hope beneath the sky.
New York, London, Dubai’s gleam,
Are built on India’s vibrant dream.
But as the stream of talent flows,
A quiet yearning, deeper grows.
The homeland watches, proud and low,
As seeds it nurtured, outward go.
For progress here, a slower pace,
A yearning for that native grace.
The hands that build on foreign soil,
Could ease the nation’s pressing toil.
The minds that innovate afar,
Could light their own land’s guiding star.
A paradox, both rich and stark,
A nation’s genius, leaving its mark…
But often not, on its own dark.
